Disciplinary Actions: A Fair and Transparent Process
In cases where violations occur, the Student Discipline Committee follows a structured redressal mechanism to ensure fair judgment and appropriate actions.
🔹 Step 1: Complaint/Report Submission – Misconduct can be reported by students, faculty, or staff. Complaints can be submitted via email, in person, or through designated reporting channels.
🔹 Step 2: Investigation – The committee reviews the complaint, collects evidence, and conducts necessary inquiries.
🔹 Step 3: Hearing & Discussion – The involved parties are given an opportunity to present their perspectives.
🔹 Step 4: Resolution & Action – Based on findings, appropriate action is taken, which may include:
- Counseling & Guidance for minor infractions
- Formal Warnings for first-time violations
- Suspension or Expulsion in cases of serious misconduct
- Other Corrective Measures as deemed necessary by the committee
The committee ensures that all cases are handled fairly, confidentially, and in alignment with institutional policies.
To encourage self-discipline and ethical conduct, the committee organizes regular awareness programs, including:
