Whether it’s academic issues, administrative concerns, harassment complaints, or any other grievances, our GRC ensures a structured mechanism to resolve matters effectively while upholding confidentiality and integrity.

Objectives of the Grievance Redressal Cell

The Grievance Redressal Cell aims to:

Ensure a supportive academic environment by addressing concerns promptly
Resolve grievances through a structured and impartial process
Maintain transparency and confidentiality in handling complaints
Promote a culture of respect, fairness, and accountability within the institution
Uphold students’ and staff members’ rights by ensuring just and unbiased resolutions

Types of Grievances Addressed

Our Grievance Redressal Cell handles various types of concerns, including but not limited to:

  • Academic Grievances – Issues related to examinations, attendance, assessment, or curriculum
  • Administrative Concerns – Problems regarding facilities, hostel services, or campus infrastructure
  • Harassment Complaints – Cases related to bullying, ragging, discrimination, or any form of misconduct
  • Fee-Related Issues – Disputes concerning fee payments, scholarships, or refunds
  • Faculty or Staff Concerns – Issues with teaching methods, behavior, or disciplinary actions

Redressal Process

The Grievance Redressal Cell follows a structured approach to resolving issues:

🔹 Step 1: Complaint Submission – The grievance is formally submitted through online or offline channels.
🔹 Step 2: Initial Review – The GRC examines the complaint and assigns it to the relevant authority.
🔹 Step 3: Investigation – A fair inquiry is conducted, involving all concerned parties.
🔹 Step 4: Resolution & Response – Appropriate action is taken, and the complainant is informed of the outcome.
🔹 Step 5: Follow-up – In certain cases, further monitoring may be required to ensure resolution.

Our process ensures impartiality and transparency, prioritizing the well-being of students and staff.

We understand that raising a grievance can be sensitive. The Grievance Redressal Cell ensures complete confidentiality and protects the identity of complainants. No student, faculty, or staff member will face discrimination or retaliation for submitting a genuine grievance.
