Complaint Redressal Procedure: A Step-by-Step Approach

If any student or staff member experiences harassment or discrimination, they are encouraged to file a complaint with the ICC. The redressal process is simple, structured, and ensures complete confidentiality.

🔹 Step 1: Filing a Complaint – Any student or staff member can submit a written complaint to the ICC via email or in person.
🔹 Step 2: Investigation – The committee reviews the complaint, gathers necessary evidence, and conducts a fair inquiry.
🔹 Step 3: Resolution – Based on findings, appropriate actions are taken as per institutional and legal guidelines.
🔹 Step 4: Confidentiality – The identity of the complainant and all case details remain strictly confidential.

Our goal is to resolve complaints promptly and fairly while ensuring that all parties are treated with dignity and respect.

The ICC organizes regular workshops, seminars, and sensitization programs to educate students and staff about their rights, responsibilities, and the redressal mechanisms available. These initiatives focus on:

  • Understanding workplace and campus harassment laws
  • Encouraging gender sensitization and inclusivity
  • Empowering individuals to speak up against misconduct
  • Creating a culture of safety, respect, and equality

Through proactive engagement, the ICC helps build a supportive and aware campus community.
