College life should be a time of growth, exploration, and creating positive memories. Ragging has no place at Avichi College. We strongly condemn any act that creates a hostile environment or undermines a student’s well-being.

Ragging constitutes one or more of any of the following acts:
- Verbal Abuse: Teasing, insults, humiliation through words (spoken or written)
- Disruptive Behaviour: Rowdy activities that cause annoyance, fear, or physical/psychological harm.
- Forced Actions: Making someone do something embarrassing or degrading.
- Academic Interference: Disrupting a student's ability to participate in academic activities.
- Exploitation: Using a junior student to complete your own academic tasks.
- Financial Extortion: Demanding money or forcing someone to spend excessively.
- Physical Abuse: Any form of physical assault, including sexual harassment.
- Cyberbullying: Using online platforms to inflict emotional harm.
- Mental Harassment: Intentionally causing emotional distress or damaging someone's self-confidence.
- Discrimination: Targeting someone based on their background or identity.
