Founder Principal's Message

As per the above quote , the meaning of our Life lies in our Education. By welcoming you to the Avichi College of Arts and Science web site which will enlighten you the all-round development inputs imparted to our young men and women. I wish to state the commitment and the dedication of the AVM Rajeswari Educational Trust in fulfilling the above sayings of Swamy Vivekananda. The aim of the college is to explore and exhibit the skills and talents of our young men and women through a Value based Education to mould them as useful and honest citizens of our great Nation.
He has a college teaching experience of more than 35 years. Served as the Chairman, Board of Examiners and Chairman, Board of Studies in Corporate Secretaryship, University of Madras. He has organised State Level Academic Workshop and Conferences. Participated in National and International Academic Conferences and presented Papers in 19 Conferences.Published Five Research articles in the referred National Journals.Guided 25 M.Phil and 3 Ph.D Scholars in Commerce. During 2016, honoured with ‘Best Teacher Award’ by the Rotary International, District 3230. Life Membership in Three Professional bodies – Madras Management Association, Indian Accounting Association, Kolkatta and the Red Cross Society of India.
Served as the NSS Programme Officer and NCC Officer, Artilliary Unit at Guru Nanak College. In recognition of his Long Service in NCC ( 1 TN Battery, Army Wing ) for more than 23 years, he is presented with the Honorary Rank of MAJOR by the President of India.
