The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit at Avichi College of Arts and Science is a source of pride and responsibility. Approved by the University of Madras in our very first year of incubation, our NSS wing actively engages students in social service, community development, and leadership-building initiatives.

Our Mission & Impact
Our NSS unit is dedicated to:
✔️ Promoting literacy through special literacy camps and adult education programs.
✔️ Conducting health camps to spread awareness about hygiene, nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
✔️ Providing leadership training to enhance teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
✔️ Fostering environmental responsibility through tree-planting drives, clean-up initiatives, and conservation projects.
✔️ Encouraging youth engagement in social movements and civic activities.
Through these initiatives, our volunteers not only contribute to society but also develop into responsible and compassionate individuals.
