A dynamic leader, a decisionmaker, a passionate teacher having a path breaking tenure as a vibrant Principal serving for more than two decades .Her creative approach paves way for her insights in teaching and guiding students at both UG and PG levels. Her caliber is profound and elevated to the academic managerial appointments at various levels in colleges. Her aim is to acquire knowledge, to transcend barriers and emerge as socially responsible citizen.
An ambitious and determined leader, who sees education as a means to acquire knowledge, develop skills, imbibe ethics and values in students. A firm disciplinarian, a compassionate team leader and a perfectionist who believes in integral development and collective growth.
As a Principal been a pioneer who has created greater opportunities for thestudents to learn and explorethe nuances of education creating numerous platforms.Played the key role in making the IQAC propound into action. An active member of NSS Advisory Committee – University of Madras. One of the member of Principal approval committee, Om Shakthi College of Arts and Science. A proactive member of many vital committees that steered itsrepresentation at greater heights making the institutionsreflect into newer horizons. A Receiver of Beyond Call of Service Award for industrious work.
Awarded Ph.D in Commerce from University of Madras, and has published many papers at National and International Journals with high impact factors. Innovative and receptive to new ideas and techniques. Prefers the road less traveled and inspires others to do the same. Determined to leave a mark and create an impact at work.
