The Avichi Mentorship Program, launched on July 13, 2019, is a transformative initiative aimed at guiding, supporting, and encouraging students in their academic and professional journeys. By connecting students with experienced mentors from various industries, the program fosters skill development, leadership qualities, communication enhancement, and career growth in an increasingly competitive world.

With a strong network of distinguished mentors from India and abroad, this program provides students with invaluable insights, career advice, and internship opportunities—bridging the gap between education and real-world success.

How the Avichi Mentorship Program Works

The mentorship program follows a structured process to ensure effective guidance and meaningful interactions between mentors and mentees.

🔹 Step 1: Mentor & Mentee Registration

Students who wish to participate register as mentees, while mentors—carefully selected professionals—commit to guiding them.

🔹 Step 2: Mentor Matching

The Avichi College team selects mentees and matches them with the most suitable mentor based on career aspirations, academic background, and interests.

🔹 Step 3: Mentor-Mentee Introduction

A formal introduction session is conducted to initiate communication and establish a comfortable mentor-mentee relationship.

🔹 Step 4: Dedicated WhatsApp Groups

Each mentor is assigned a WhatsApp group with their mentees, creating a direct communication channel for discussions, queries, and mentorship updates.

🔹 Step 5: Continuous Evaluation & Feedback

Regular evaluations and feedback sessions are conducted to assess the impact of the program and make necessary improvements.
