Guidelines for Filling the Application Form

 

1. Please enter your name exactly as it appears on your 12th marksheet.
2. Enter your date of birth as per your 12th marksheet.
3. Enter the student’s mobile number.
4. Enter your email ID.
5. Under Confirm Email ID, please re-enter the same email ID.
6. Under City, please enter the name of your city.
7. Under State, click the drop-down arrow and select your state.
8. Under Country, click the drop-down arrow and select your country.
9. Please enter your complete postal/ZIP code.
10. General / Vocational*:
    • Choose the appropriate category.
    • Note: If Vocational is selected, Vocational 1 and Vocational 2 are compulsory subjects.
11. Under Shift, choose Shift I.
12. Fill in the educational qualification last obtained.
13. Finally, fill in the course details and department.
